Where number of entries permits there will be additional plate and/or shield competitions added for players that lose there matches in the first or second rounds. This will guarantee at least 2 matches for each player.

Regulstions:

1. Online entries only accepted. No entries will be accepted without payment.
2. Payment must be made online.
3. Balls and lights will be provided.
4. Matches will start at 6 PM every week day, and 11 AM every weekend
5. Entries close midnight Thursday, 28th of August.
6. Minimum age for entry is 16 year old at the time of entry closes, or younger only if the player has the Promoted Junior Status
7. The draws will be available online from Saturday 29th August.
8. Schedule will be published on Sunday 30th of August, and will not be open to alteration by competitors. Players must be available to play on ALL tournament dates & times.
9. Online entries for doubles MUST include partner’s name or select ‘Partner Wanted’ and we will try to find you a partner.
10. Matches will be scheduled, all players must be available for the finals day on Sunday 14th of September.
11. Players may enter one singles, 1 doubles and 1 mixed doubles event.
12. Matches will be best of 2 full sets, with a championship tie-break if score is 1-1 after first 2 sets. Semi-finals and finals are best of 3 full sets.
13. The Tournament Committee reserves the right of adding to or altering the above conditions.
